Yes - the following conditions apply:
The minimum number of hours of employment is 15 per week unless otherwise agreed by TTAC;
The maximum term of the training contract is no more than twice the nominal full time duration for the qualification;
The minimum term is no less that one and a half times the nominal full time duration for the qualification;
Industrial arrangements must allow for part-time employment.

This qualification was replaced by BSB50120 on 19 Oct 2020 On 20 October 2020, the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) Deputy Chief Commissioner agreed to extend the transition period of the superseded qualifications and superseded and deleted units of competency from BSB Business Services Training Package Release 6.1 until 19 April 2022. A list of the affected training products can be found on ASQA’s website. Further to this, ASQA agreed to extend the transition period of the BSB50215 Diploma of Business until 1 July 2022. The decision was made following a request supported by PwC’s Skills for Australia in their role as the Skills Service Organisation for the BSB Business Services Training Package. It was demonstrated to ASQA that learners would be genuinely disadvantaged if they were required to transition to the replacement as the changes to the qualification may result in learners undertaking additional study and/or not receiving the expected course outcomes. This extension is granted to all registered training organisations (RTOs) delivering the BSB50215 Diploma of Business. The decision extends the transition period for these RTOs to continue training, assessment and issue Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) certification. The BSB50215 Diploma of Business will remain on relevant RTOs scope of registration until the end of the extended transition period, unless withdrawn from scope prior.
