Notes
This qualification has been replaced by CPP51119 and will be discontinued on 30 September 2021. On 28 August 2019, Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) Commissioners agreed to extend the transition period of the : • CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate); • CPP40507 Certificate IV in Property Services (Business Broking); • CPP50307 Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management); and • 81 CPP Property Services units of competency that lead to licensing. (A list of the 81 units of competency is attached and will be available on the ASQA website shortly) until 30 September 2021 ASQA made the decision following requests from a number of RTOs and industry regulators, with support from Artibus Innovation in their role as the Skills Service Organisation for the CPP Property Services Training Package. This extension will be granted to all registered training organisations (RTOs) delivering the qualification(s) to current learners. The decision extends the transition period for these RTOs to complete the training, assessment and Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) certification issuance. The qualification(s) will remain on the relevant RTOs’ scope of registration until the end of the extended transition period. ASQA will publish this decision on its website and notify all affected RTOs. If you have any questions about this decision, please contact transitionrequest@asqa.gov.au
