48 - Where MEM30105 Certificate III in Engineering - Production Systems, MEM30205 Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade, MEM30305 Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade, MEM30605 Certificate III in Jewellery Manufacture, MEM30705 Certificate III in Marine Craft Construction or MEM30805 Certificate III in Locksmithing has been completed the term would be reduced by a minimum of 9 months

Yes - the following conditions apply:
The minimum number of hours of employment is 15 per week unless otherwise agreed by TTAC;
The maximum term of the training contract is no more than twice the nominal full time duration for the qualification;
The minimum term is no less that one and a half times the nominal full time duration for the qualification;
Industrial arrangements must allow for part-time employment.

This qualification has been replaced and will be discontinued on 26 June 2020. An additional descriptor may be added to this qualification title to illustrate a particular skills profile. The addition of these describptors does not change the formal title or unique code of this qualification. The approved descriptors are - Refrigeration and Air-conditioning; casting and Moulding and CNC. This qualification is related to the declared trades of Brass Finishing, Electroplating, Moulding, Patternmaking, Timsmithing and Springsmithing
